Did you check if the event you want to register is already listed on our website?
if the event is already registered the corresponding organisation will receive an email automatically 4 weeks after the last event. with this email they will have the opportunity to register the upcoming event (i.e. change the date for the next year). alternatively we can send you this email manually on request.
don't bother in registering an event again if it is already contained in the database. our email contains a link for a website containing a already filled form where you can enter the date for the upcoming event. additional information was copied from the recent event and does not have to be entered again.
